Your next touch of flare is on its way. Here’s how to check on your BU FLARE order securely.

Check your order

Sign in to view your orders, then select your order to see its status and any available tracking details.

Find your confirmation link

Open your BU FLARE order confirmation email and select the order-status link, often labeled “View your order.” If your order has shipped, check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link. Use the email address you entered at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find the message.

Your confirmation link is specific to your order. You may be asked to sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. Keep this link private.

Follow your shipment

When tracking is available, open your order details and select the tracking link to see updates from the carrier. Orders sent in separate packages may have more than one tracking link.

No tracking updates yet?

A fulfilled order may not have tracking information. If no tracking number is shown, live shipment updates aren’t available through this page. If a tracking number is shown but there are no updates, check again after the carrier scans the package.

If you can’t find your confirmation or need help with your delivery, reply to your BU FLARE order confirmation email with your order number. Please don’t share payment details or post your private order link publicly.
