      ORDERS

      When will my order arrive?
      We begin fulfilling orders within 1-2 business days after it is placed.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including the tracking information.  Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, there could be a delay (3-7 days) in delivery depending on the carriers, so please take this into consideration when placing your order to ensure it is received within an acceptable timeframe for you.  You can check your tracking information for updates or delays notifications.  You can click HERE to see our detailed shipping policy.

      Can I modify or cancel my order?
      If you wish to cancel your order or change your order or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. To provide you the absolute best service, we ship orders as soon as we can, sometimes even the same day they're placed. If your order ships before we receive your cancellation request, we will not be able to modify your order, and you will be responsible for returning the item for a refund excluding shipping (see below for more info about returns and click HERE to see our full return and exchange policy.

      I am having issues placing an order online, who should I contact?
      Please contact Customer Service at Contact@buflare.com.  Responses will be provided within 24-48 hours of receipt.  You can also send us a message via the Chat feature on our website.

      Can I order online and pickup in store?
      Unfortunately, we do not offer order online and pickup in store at this time. 

      Can I get a price adjustment on my order if some of the items are now on sale?

      Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments after an order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

      SHIPPING

      What are your shipping costs?
      Please find all of our shipping rates and details here.

      How do I qualify for free shipping?
      We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders over $50, excluding taxes and after coupons or promotions.

      Where do you ship?
      At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.  

      Do you ship internationally?
      We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

      When will my order ship?
      Note that orders generally process within 1-2 business days, not including holidays and weekends.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed.  Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.

      Do you ship to PO Boxes?
      We only provide Economy shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address.

      Do you ship to Military Addresses?
      At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses. 

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      What is your exchange policy for online orders?

      Generally, all sales are final. If you are not fully satisfied with everything in your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

      We appreciate your business and will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied.

      We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      We are unable to accept any returns on earrings for health reasons.

      How do I track if you have received my return?
      We recommend that you keep a copy of the return shipment tracking information for future reference. If you have further questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

      Am I able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?
      You are now able to use multiple forms of payment. For example, you can redeem a gift card and pay for the remaining balance with your credit card.

      Are E-Gift cards and regular gift cards the same?                                           
      No, E-Gift cards are sent electronically. Currently, we do not sell or redeem regular BU gift cards.


      Can I check the balance for my E-Gift Card online?                                       
      To check an E-Gift card balance, contact us at Contact@beautifullyuniqueshop.com.


      How fast will I receive my E-Gift card?                                                               
      E-Gift cards are sent immediately or once you are charged for the order.


      Can I apply a discount code to the purchase of my E-Gift card?                    
      No, discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an E-Gift card.

      Can an E-Gift card be returned?                                                                         
      E-gift cards cannot be returned.


      OFFERS

      Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
      In most cases, promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers.  Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promo code to determine if you can combine it with other offers. 

      Where do I enter my promo code online?

      My promo code isn’t working, what do I do?
      If your valid promo code isn’t working, please contact Customer Service by using Chat on the website or via email at Contact@buflare.com. Responses will be provided within 24-48 hours of receipt.

      Coupon code adjustment: We offer a one-time coupon code adjustment within 24 hours if you forget to enter your coupon code, as long as your ordered has not been fulfilled and shipped. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and please have your billing information, order number and coupon code on hand.
