      OUR RETURN POLICY

      We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.


      ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

      To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

      • Unworn and unused
      • In its original condition with tags still attached
      • In its original packaging
      • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

      Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

      The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

      • Earrings due to health and hygiene guidelines, all earring sales are final
      • Sale or discounted items: All promotional and marked-down items are final sale
      • Gift cards are non-refundable

      DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

      We stand behind every piece we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@buflare.com with the following:

      • Your order number
      • A clear photo of the item and the issue
      • A brief description of the problem

      We will make it right promptly and at no cost to you.


      RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

      We believe in fairness and transparency. Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

      Item arrived damaged or defective BU Flare pays — prepaid label provided
      Wrong item was sent BU Flare pays — prepaid label provided
      Customer changed their mind Customer pays return shipping
      Exchange for a different item Customer pays return shipping

      HOW TO START A RETURN

      Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

      To start a return:

      1. Email us at contact@buflare.com 
      2. Include your order number and reason for return
      3. Wait for our response with approval and instructions
      4. Ship your item back within 5 business days of receiving your return instructions

      EXCHANGES

      We want you to love your BU Flare pieces! If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@buflare.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanged items.


      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection once your return is received.

      Approved refunds will be issued using one of the following methods:

      • Original payment method — please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear
      • Store credit — issued immediately upon approval and never expires

      GIFTS

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
