CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by BU Flare.

• Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
• BU Flare is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
• We are required by law to accurately declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms
• We are unable to mark international packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons such as Mother's Day, Back-to-School, and the Holiday Season, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays promptly.

1. Order Confirmation Email — sent immediately after purchase
2. Shipping Confirmation Email — sent once your order ships, including your tracking number

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BU Flare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at contact@buflare.com. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
